Standing as gate guardians to the Ford and Fordson display Robert Alan and Steve Welch's very tidy FW 30 , originally from a Norfolk estate but here in Somerset it now helps with their primary cultivation on their large Arable enterprise.
Also several T w models were in attendance.

This Ford badged Japanese model the Ford 1000 leads the line up right up unto the Ford 7000

The Fordson Rotoped it almost looks like it couldn't work? But it did and very well, models were well matched to land drainage machinery.

The iconic Ford 7000 this well restored model is as one of two 7000s at the show.

The second 7000 in its original working clothes,, looking very straight.

This Muir Hill dumper based on the Fordson skid unit made a very welcomed appearance.
I seen these type of dumpers being used in the late sixties on several large jobs in this area.
A very rare machine now.

Looking down the jam packed hall with the many different Ford models, A great effort.

You would feel very lucky to have a cab in the early sixties! Even a canvas one!

A very worthy show winner , a local Tractor that has been subject to a painstaking restoration. Absolutely stunning!

Several County's on show yesterday's giants of the countryside now a lasting reminder of just how far we have come!

Last but not least! Some big green iron on show and my old girl squeezed on the end!!
