where is this recycling place? I have a 760 and am looking for a sheet metal grain tank cover like the one on the 860,865. However, I am from Germany, which certainly makes things more difficult

Hi Colin! I'm make modifications for the Farming Simulator game, and would love to make one of these as a project. Is there any chance you could get me some up measurements of your 24? Thanks.
Hello, I have read with interest the story of your MF515.
I have an MF 187 which is in running order and has cut a few acres this year. I am near Andover and have great interest in old combines.

Hi Colin, I must congratulate you on your website, I was about 10yrs old when I drove my first combine, a 780 bagger model, I can't even find a photo of a bagger anywhere, very rare.
Colin Cloude
Thank you George! Many 780s started out as baggers! As did our own! But many were converted during their decade of build! To tankers, the kits were available at that time from Dealerships!!
Mark Channell - MF Historian

I use 525super2 to cut 50 ac plus some oats for own use .plus when young chap worked for masstock Saudi Arabia where we had over dozen 865 masseys one season cut 8000 acres of wheat with 2 masseys
colin cloude
Very interesting story that! I think the biggest fleet of 865s I heard of in UK was in Norfolk an estate about 8/9 thousand acres!! They ran 10.
Ashley paskins

colin cloude
Thank you Sandy, glad your still running these combines, it's nice to have your own combine, ready and waiting for the crop and limited weather Windows we sometimes get, regards Colin
Colin Cloude
Could you email me please Brendan. Regards Colin
Brendan
I don't have any photos and such. Just my dads first pay stub from the fifties. I'm hoping others see this and submit some.
Brendan Buitenhuis
I just read the article in the Brantford Expositor about your collection. My dad was a tool and die maker at Masseys for 20 years. Love finding stuff about the place.
Colin cloude
Thank you for your comments! Brendan, Brantford was a massive part of the Massey Ferguson empire, despite the politics of its demise, the workforce should feel very proud of what they achieved.
Dean
From Canada but looking forward to more classic Masseys! Bookmarked this site....
Brendan
Colin would photos and other memorabilia be of interest for your site?
Colin Cloude
Thank you Dean, look in from time to time I have quite a bit to add to site in the coming weeks. Regards Colin
Eric
Excellent to see machines doing what they were designed to do.
Colin Cloude
Thank you Eric, are aim is to keep these machines working ,as long as we can get enough acreage to cut, that is our biggest problem to date.
Regards Colin
