Many thanks for responding to my request for info.
My relationship with the 'Masseys' goes from pre 726s to the 780 specials. Our small family contracting business started in 1957.

Not to sure of the exact year. It was never registered. It does have a cab or perhaps oven would better describe it. I should have a few pictures I'll send along Colin.

Fantastic site. I love the pictures and the information here. Currently running a 1982 ish 520 super II. Little better then scrap when I bought it but a lot of work has her cutting 60 odd acres now.

Got power steering trouble on a 515 wondering if anyone can help . What pressure does it run at ?? Valve on steering rod seems ok and ram seems ok but dam hard to steer

nice site worked on farm in the 60s they had a massey 21 and a 780 ,had a demo of a bamford clays m103 the speed of it was unbelievable compared to the others but the dust not good

What a brilliant website, really enjoyed looking at it. If you are ever short of a driver would love to have a go on a 410, 515 or a 525 as these were the first combines I drove.

what a fantastic site used to operate m/f 525 in late 60s and bought same on in late 80s to reastore sadly ex wife decided wanted my money so sadly had to go its so heartwarming to see the real clasv

Hello there, I notice the MF 892 which I recently viewed looks like a stretched version of the MF 780, it has a Perkins 6 cylinder engine. Are they as good as the 780- 788 ?

I learned to 'drive' when I was 9, on a David Brown 25D, reg RTX 890. One of those registration numbers you never forget.
